"too good! the flavour is very rich and tastes super authentic, i had the brisket pho and reccomend it! the asian guy with long hair was really helpful with recommendations & friendly"
"This place is not traditional. There is no beef in the soup only mushroom. Lemongrass chicken should be grilled not boiled. Also not reheated again the next day after the chicken has sat in the warmer the whole day the previous day. It becomes shredded chicken if you like dry chicken this is the place for you. Vegan chicken is bought from Lilys Vegan Pantry. Go there and buy it cheaper. It is on Hester street in Manhattan. The brisket is not even trimmed before cooking. They do the lazy way."
"I must say that this brisket pho truly exceeded all expectations. like mine precision in combat, every aspect of this dish was executed flawlessly. The tender brisket slices, perfectly cooked noodles, and aromatic broth combined to create a symphony of flavors that even Baba Yaga himself would appreciate. Each spoonful felt like a calculated strike, leaving me both satisfied and yearning for more."
"Came here on a cold day and the staff were very accommodating. They closed the door so we could eat in comfort. The food was fresh, well flavored, and the perfect temperature to enjoy. Our server who ran the front of house was not only cool under pressure but funny af. Hearing his banter with customers and colleagues kept the mood joyful and light."
"We got the lemongrass chicken banh mi and the beef brisket pho. The lemongrass chicken just tasted like soy sauce. The chicken had alot of juice so it made the bread soggy. The beef brisket was really smokey. The pho noodles were alittle undercooked and the broth had little flavor. The viet iced coffee was very good though."
