"Some of this staff really needs to be retrained. I’ve had decent experiences coming here in person. Today we decided to order via DoorDash for pick up. The order was placed as our Path train was arriving at Journal Square. I picked up my car from a lot and drove over. About 40 minutes after ordering, we show up at the store to be told that they haven’t even started the order. We go to the supermarket next door expecting it to be done when we leave…Nope! They still hadn’t started the order that was one single sandwich. The store has one person in-line when we first arrived. This is just unacceptable. To make things worse, we get home and it’s not even the sandwich that we ordered. The supervisor lady that was working and telling other staff what to do could benefit the most from retraining. Don’t have DoorDash as an option if you’re not going to pay attention to orders or fulfill them correctly."

"At first when they opened, the sandwiches were skimpy. I decided to give another try after a couple of months. The sandwiches were so plentiful, a half could feed 2. The service is always on point. Hats off to management, staff and especially my girl Kelyse."

"Ordered 2x from this blimpie and both times they were slow and skimpy on the meat/cheese/condiments. They also messed up my order. Save yourself a trip and grab a sandwich elsewhere if you truly want a good sandwich."

"I walked into the store on yesterday evening, it was extremely busy. I asked the manager if he could really help me and do me a favor. I need 2 large catering boxes of sandwiches enough to feed 75 people and his response to me was nothing is impossible. But can you just give me a few minutes to get my line down? I’ll be right with you. He turned it around within 35 to 40 minutes. I want to say thank you. I appreciate you for showing the love that you shown to me for my family gathering last minute. I will be back to show my love and support. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!"

"This place is terrible. We've tried twice now but this is our last. Ordered through GrubHub. Blimpie sent us 3 subs without any meat...only condiments and veg. Even the bread was wrong on one sandwich. We ordered 3 bags of chips but only got 2. Of the 2 they made a substitute without contacting us first. Now we're fighting with GrubHub's support to get a refund after the Blimpie worker said we'd get one after speaking to them first. I've turned the sandwich filling into a 'salad' and ended up having to cook dinner with a migraine at almost 9:30pm."
