"Perhaps my expectations as a foreigner are different to the locals, but the burgers were sloppy and small and the chicken was just ok but much smaller portions than I would have expected. Definitely a surprise, having previously had Shake Shack in Manila and enjoyed it. Adding insult to injury, the soda was 75% ice which is just poor form really. The shake was actually good to be fair and the fries fine, so that's something. There are many much better options, so skip this unless you just want a shake."

"Great spot. Gluten free options marked on the menu with calories noted for everything. Nice vibe, street side outdoor seating and patio in the back with glass roof that’s nice. Manager is a super nice and friendly guy. Def on his game. Good stuff"

"The ambience of this place is great, and in the back there are seatings under a glass ceiling. The place is modern, and you can place the order on the touch screens. The place was not busy when I ordered, but it took a while for the order to come out. And the burger was small. The experience was disappointing here."

"Second time ordering from here. Thought about giving them another chance. Ordered food for 3 people, waited 30 mins. When we got the order, the bag only had 2 shakes but no food. This is the second time this happened. How can you not put the food in an order twice? The bag was sealed, so not the delivery driver. We tried to reach the place, no one ever picks up or calls you back. Do NOT believe all the fake good reviews. Do NOT waste your time waiting for food that will never come while you are hungry and then you have to order from another place and wait again. See the picture for yourself."

"Visiting the shake shack after a gap of 4+ years. Last time I remember visiting it in 2019 at their 33rd/34th St location. Thankfully this time I tried out the hamburger instead of sides. I ordered a shack burger, crinkle cut fries topped with cheese and frozen hot cocoa shake. The shack burger was good especially the potato bun which was really soft with the right amount of butter applied while toasting it. The patty was cooked to perfection and now I understand why people consider this chain as the best one in the town! Fries weren't that good, they lacked the crisp and were a bit on the salty side but the portion size was good. Frozen hot chocolate shake was really delicious and I felt this was probably the best shake I have had in a while! The shake was topped with marshmallows and it felt really delicious. Overall a good experience, the ambiance of the place is great and the service is quick too!"
