"As a newcomer to the United States, navigating the menu at Just Salad for the first time was a bit overwhelming. However, my experience was made incredibly pleasant thanks to Ms. Brenna Worts, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Ms. Worts was exceptionally patient as I tried to understand the various options available. She took the time to explain each item on the menu, ensuring that I felt confident in my choices. Being a vegetarian, I had several questions about which dishes would best suit my dietary needs. Brenna not only provided clear and thoughtful answers but also gave me some fantastic recommendations that turned out to be absolutely delicious! If you're ever at Just Salad in Jersey City, I highly recommend asking for Brenna. She’ll make sure you have a wonderful experience, just like she did for me."

"I used to really like this place and ordered my lunch and dinner both from here for a very long time but the quantity of their salads has been really impacted. When you order delivery or pick up, their new staff intentionally gives you one-third the actual quantity they give when dining in. I don’t understand if this is some sort of strategy to make people to come in the restaurant and eat but it’s plain ridiculous for the amount of money you pay. I order through DoorDash a lot and I have noticed this at least 4-5 times now so I will completely stop ordering from this location going forward. I also think the new staff they are hiring at this location is either overworked, not interested, rude or don’t know the language (especially the lady in the evening is rude to your face and my friends have experienced the same with her). I have visited in store multiple times and experienced this treatment from evening staff. Just salad needs to really work on their staff hiring strategy or they will lose many valuable customers."

"Just had my first meal at Just Salad at Newport Tower, and it was awesome. I went for a late lunch, so it was mostly empty but very clean. The staff was working like a well-oiled machine. The food quality was top-notch. I love salads but never make them at home because they spoil, get soggy by lunch, or I just don't have the time. This salad, though, was perfect. Danny gave me EXCELLENT service. I told her it was my first time, and she quickly and efficiently explained how things work at Just Salad. I'm a big guy (6'4" and 300 lbs), and she gave me a mini consultation to figure out what I wanted. She helped me decide super fast and kept checking in to make sure I was okay with ingredients like hemp seeds, which was cool because not everyone knows about stuff like that. Her attention to detail was great. Danny was friendly, fast, and efficient, with excellent communication skills. I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up in corporate or owning her own franchise. Lovely person and super intelligent! The order was prepared quickly with no issues. My only suggestion: have Danny train the rest of the staff because if everyone is like her, you’re golden! I would definitely recommend Just Salad. I’ve already told three of my colleagues about how dope Danny was, and one of them is there now! Hehe. "I usually don’t write reviews. Here to give a shoutout to the store manager- Gabby. I am kind of famous (may be infamous) for ordering the same salad (Modern Greek) every single time due to my diet restrictions, catch being the item is only available for ordering online. However, Gabby accommodates that every single time. She is organized, stays on top of everything and always there to help. In any food chain, besides the location, staff plays an important role in making or breaking the business- and in this store, staff is getting it right. Thanks to everyone, especially to the manager for maintaining a wonderful environment!"

"First time eating here one of their delicious salads. I tried the Crispy Chicken Poblano with tofu instead of chicken. Thanks to Gabby the manager and Cindy and Mairoby for the great service and recommendation. You hit my taste :-). I will definetly come back. See you soon."
