"It's usually ok, but today, the service was terrible. Their staff today, in particular the people serving the food, didn't have it together. I ordered table service and after almost 20 minutes had to go up and find out what was going on. Found out it was sitting there with a bunch of orders due to them not bringing it over to the tables in defeating the purpose of table service. They instead called put the table numbers, which is hard to hear because of how busy it was, and also a kids' play room being directly near the seating area. I usually cut them some slack because it's McDonald's, and none are perfect or even great. I just can't understand how they can't handle the bare minimum. Also, the tables were dirty and had to clean that up, too."
