"Worst Mcdonalds management and service imaginable. I went in and asked an employee if collectors cups were available and she couldnt understand what I was saying at all she just kept mispronouncing "cup" and then after realizing she didn't speak english at all I looked over to another employee who instead of coming up to me and asking me what she can help me with she instead barked at the spanish employee to continue doing her other tasks. When I eventually was able to speak to a "supervisor" I guess, she was unwilling to listen to my request which was: "I see online that there is a way to check collectors cup using the digits in the back, can you tell me which ones you have so I can happily purchase and receieve said cup" she just waved me away. I asked to speak to a manager who seemed to know about the numbers and asked me which one I was looking for (coca cola) but she said she only had beanie babies, and then told me the number for beanie babies from a bag she picked up. I was like okay fine, if I order it can I get that cup? She said yes. I went on to order the meal so I can recieve the beanie baby one since I didnt have it yet... and when I got the order it was NOT beanie babies (checked through the bag and by the number, never opened it). Fine. Its okay lemme tell the manager so I can get the one she found that had it. She refused, shook her head and just kept repeating "its random its random sorry its random". Its not random! You just told me you picked up a Beanie Baby one and agreed that if I bought one I would recieve that cup, so when I didnt get it, instead of helping me get it (all this for my neice) she instead kept saying its random and that she cant swap them. So she made me buy the bundle for nothing and basically wanted me to buy more until I get the Beanie Baby one that I only know they have cause of her? Yeah right. This promotion is already a scam with people getting multiples of the same cup when ordering in multiples and the greedy managers dont care because its more money for their store without caring about customer service, and creating a good experience for purchasing a product which in this case was poor because all the food was bland, unsalted, and the drinks tasted like the syrup was mixed with dirty water, completely undrinkable. Never again returning to this Mcdonalds its staff is incompetent and rude, their manager is unhelpful and their food was subpar. Drink was the worst part, as if the water wasn't filtered properly or something. Immediately went to another Mcdonalds that was a night and day difference. They need to do better."
"Now you can literally taste all the chemicals and McDonald’s food. I haven’t ate it in some years. I’m pregnant and I said you know what I want Mc don don . I bought the five dollar meal and I literally almost vomit. This is the second time I bought it and the first time I bought it my fries taste like a freezer and now that I bought the chicken nuggets everything is totally nasty. Mc Don don need to actually give us real food if we pay them real money."
"Worst McDonald’s you can find in NYC. I visited there Sunday morning and waited more than 15 minutes to finally pick up my food after more than 10 people picked up their orders who ordered after me. That’s not all. One of sandwiches I ordered was a sausage McMuffin that supposed to contain only sausage, nothing else. They put egg on that. Surely people who are working there cannot read the orders on screen properly, which is not surprising since I hear mostly Spanish. I erased McDonald’s app from my phone and will not go there anymore."
"I ordered on the app, but forgot my phone at the office when I went to pick up my food. I explained this to the server, but they would not give me my food unless I would show them the order on the app. While I understand that this is to prevent people's food from being stolen by others, I told them the order number, my name, and exactly what was in the bag including the modifications. How more specific can I be? The manager finally gave me the food after some of this back and forth exchange as a "one time courtesy", probably because other customers were agreeing with me that I'd already more than proven what was in the bag that we cannot see through, as we do not have x-ray vision. We should not be required to glue our phones to our bodies to make sure we don't forget them. This was very poor customer service. Food was as expected."
"I have been coming here ever since I was little cause I have been living in the neighborhood my whole life. A lot of the workers have an attitude and are rude to customers. Every single time I have ordered they have made my order wrong. I get no cheese on my burgers because I am lactose intolerant and I also get no ketchup because I don’t like it. Every single time I go there there is always cheese on my burger. Sometimes when I go in they do it correctly but every single time I go through the drive through there is ALWAYS cheese. There have maybe been 2 times it has not had cheese. I have worked in food service having to memorize huge orders because we didn’t write them down and I never made an order wrong but they can’t seem to understand that I don’t want cheese on my burger."
