"This branch is a *threat* to the sweetgreen brand. The store needs a deep clean and the cooktops are not being adequately vented. The ordering and cashier area is covered in the yellow grime that comes from aerosolized oil accumulating on surfaces that then traps dust. The metal joints in the sneeze guard, cashier terminal screen, and return vent in the ceiling above the cashier stand need a deep clean to strip the oil off these surfaces. The service I got was very friendly. However, I was given an inappropriate dressing for my off-the-menu salad bowl. Also of concerns was that the portions seemed to be larger than appropriate. This may have been done in an attempt to apologize for the slow service, but this was not the way to do it. A huge benefit of sweetgreen is *consistency*. A scoop of chicken is a scoop of chicken is a scoop of chicken. A godsend for people with restrictive diets. That benefit is removed when portions stop being consistent. Another problem I noticed was inconsistency in food preparation. Cilantro was not pre-chopped, slowing my salad preparer as she had to rip it up by hand while preparing the rest of my salad. Cucumbers were sliced in a completely haphazard way that betrayed a complete lack of training or quality control. Pieces varied in size by up to 250% or so with peel and seeds present in varying degrees. I really want sweetgreen to be a profitable company with as many storefronts as possible. I don't own the stock, but I cheer it on from the bleachers. It makes countrywide business travel so, so much better than it was before and enables me to eat healthily on the road. This location is a prime risk for a Chipotle-style norovirus scare. Whoever monitors these reviews: please, please escalate. This store needs intervention. Edit: After visiting here again, I can say that the employees seem overwhelmed and are probably contending with an inadequate facility and insufficient training/staffing. There are ventilation issues as evidenced by grease on ceilings (photos attached)."

"It’s pretty delicious, one of my favorite places to eat in NYC. I love shroomami (vegan option) but there is plenty options with meat, chicken and salmon."

"As sweetpass member, I order pick up few times a month but go in person most times. Pick up, there is an issue every time , portion size and quality at pick up is worse than a deli . i didn’t bother complaining for credit when I got rotten basil even though i had paid extra. Next , the portion for salmon salad bowl looked half, i let that go. today, i was quiet hungry so ordered on app in my car, picked up , see that i got 3 tiny pieces of chicken & lumps of quinoa ( which look old ). I was annoyed , sweetsupport said they will be in touch. it’s just getting worse, get it in person for quality ! it’s too much hassle to complain about each topping, protein & portion. this wouldn’t fly in a restaurant , maybe consider hiring a restaurant manager that could explain to me how the herb chicken fell out of my bowl. update : my order today, the steak is a joke & kale isn’t even cut properly like how come this is happening at this price point ? people eat this stuff , get your act together."

"Trying to eat healthier, so I try to order a salad bowl when I can. Ordered the Harvest Bowl from this location in person twice… The portion size for that is comparable to that of other locations… my bowl is filled, and it fills me up. Other info: there’s limited parking. It’s wheelchair accessible. For a better experience, my advice is to try stick with the bowls that they offer… and order in person for pick up or dine in. Hopefully, service and consistency for pick up orders."

"Second time ordering from sweet green but via delivery. Quality is pretty good. I wish the quinoa wasn’t cold. Everything else in my bowl was good quality. I don’t understand the negative ratings on here but to each their own I guess."
