"My wife ordered a soup to be delivered to the house, and it came with some of the soup spilled in the delivery bag. My wife called to inform them of the issue; however, they were not willing to rectify the her issue. They informed her that there was nothing that they can do about it. They Could not send another soup or compensate her in anyway. This is unacceptable. With that level of customer service, I wounder why they don't have worse reviews."
"We had a fantastic evening here at Bar restaurant La Ruana Paisa, thanks to our waiter, Mariana. She was friendly me attentive service made the experience memorable. Recommended us dishes, a very thoughtful gesture. After dinner the night got better with Karaoke. It was very incredibly fun and engaging! Very excellent service will be coming here again!"
