"I came in today and tried an appetizer (Tofu Chili) and the Shrimp Chow Mein. It was really good. I plan to go back. And yes the food can be spicy, as I read the comments here, but the menu does clearly say that."
"All their thalis and sets are flavorful. Majority of them are under 15 dollars as well."
"i went yesterday with my mom and i liked the old place before lakeside even opened, but the side order one of the servers recommended to us it was terrible the spice even is bad my throat hurts so badly, i love spice and spicy food but the taste is terrible and the spice is way too strong. she didn’t say be careful, the dish was cold. (i’m sure she’s nice but like the food isn’t) everything is different from what i remember, the dinner platters are pretty average but not the same."
"This week, I just happened to park my car right in front of this restaurant. The big red banner with "Grand Opening" drew my attention. Since I needed to eat something anyway, I decided to give it a try. The two waitstaff greeted me with smiles and were very helpful. The place is clean and inviting. I ordered the Nepali Chicken Thali and loved it; it even came with kheer, my all-time favorite dessert. The waitstaff were very attentive, checking up on me and topping off my water glass. The service and food quality were top-notch. The menu offers a diverse range of Himalayan cuisines, including Nepali and Tibetan dishes. For those unfamiliar with Indian, Nepali, or Tibetan cuisines, here's a brief guide: Indian food is generally packed with masala spices and chilies, which might be too intense for some. Tibetan dishes are a great starting point with their subtle masala spice and no chilies. Nepali cuisine has a bit more masala spice and some chilies. This restaurant lets you explore all these flavors, and with a rotating menu, you can enjoy something different each time you visit. I highly recommend this place for foodies and any food lovers. It's a fantastic spot to experience a variety of Himalayan dishes in a welcoming atmosphere."
""I recently visited this restaurant and was pleased to find it clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly, although one of the servers who speak Nepali could benefit from further training to enhance their knowledge of the menu. Sever needs to know what kind of food is that shows in the picture. The food was decent, but not outstanding. One area for improvement is the pork batel dish, which didn't quite live up to its name. Perhaps a revision to the recipe or menu description would be beneficial. Overall, a solid experience,"
