"Love the food from here. I been eating here for a while now. I’m not sure if management is aware of the bad customer service one of the waitresses provides (Paula in specific never encountered anyone else this way) I have waited a while to leave a review based on this because I wanted to give them some time to see if she would fix the way she speaks to people over the phone, but she doesn’t….. Every single time I call she’s either not paying attention of what I’m ordering or asks me the same question over three times. she always has a passive aggressive attitude towards answering the phone and it’s very frustrating because whenever it’s her shift I’m hesitant on making my order, the last time I had wanted to make an order I was very upset on the way she answered and the way that she hung up on me and then tried calling me back, which I declined and decided not to purchase my food from there that day."
"I have been going here since it first opened and let me tell you THE FOOD IS AMAZING! Sadly on the other hand you have Paula, one of the waitresses. She is very arrogant and she plays it smoothly and in a rude way. I don’t know if management is not aware or what but they should take it into consideration!"
"For $50+, you’re better off buying from the local food trucks. The lady reassured us that there was enough sauce(s) in the take out bag — just to find that there’s 3 empty when we get home. It’s a shame."
