"Run don't walk here: this is some of the best South American food I've had in the neighborhood! The food is some of the best Peruvian food I've had: very generous portions, really good prices, a huge diversity of food on your plate, and everything is delicious! I got a platter of various meats, with plantains, rice, black beans and avocado. The meats were marinated, tender, well-seasoned and just so, so good. The maduros (plantains) were juicy and more succulent than some of the meat; the black beans were soft and flavorful. Even the rice was great: not too starchy or sticky. If anything, the worst thing on the plate was the avocados because they weren't seasoned and couldn't compete with all the good food! I also had a happy hour margarita which was also very good, not like the slushies that you might find at other places. The service was polite and quick: I felt like really taken care of, and my waitress came back several times to make sure I had enough water and napkins, and wasn't left hungry. I will definitely be coming back here again: the food really is worth traveling for."

They went above and beyond for us, being that we went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. They set the atmosphere for us and we are very grateful. Not to mention that the food was excellent and exceeded our expectations! From the empanadas, to the causa encevichado! All top-notch!!! Thanks again guys, we will be back."
