"Nice redone restaurant but thats the only nice thing i can say. I placed an order on the app for pick up said would be ready at 7:52pm. I arrived to a long line of customers waiting for online orders and orders placed in the restaurant. I spoke to one who said he was waiting nearly 20 minutes. Looking behind the counter there were a bunch of workers just talking to each other laughing with no sense of urgency. The manager was scrambling around but not pushing any of the employees to speed up or help expedite the food. I didnt receive my order until 8:17. Addressed my concerns on the app and asked for someone to reach out but no one from the store has and this was almost 2 weeks ago. So poor customer service and lack of accountability from management when they were supposed to contact me. Mind you i worked 9 years in fast food including management so i know what the expectations are supposed to be and the excuses that are made when things are not to standard. Will not be returning to this location again. Ill spend my money somewhere else where people who wanna work are."

"Newly renovated and clean . Not your typical looking BK, has flowers on the table though fake. Trying to look more like a restaurant than fast food . Cashier was friendly ."

"Food was on point. The newly reopened/renovated restaurant has a lot fewer seats than the old restaurant did."

"A much more inviting atmosphere after the renovation. It's now co-located with Popeyes which combines the best of two fast-food restaurants under one roof. This location is open 24 hours and the parking lot spaces shrank after drive thru was expanded. Will have more luck finding parking on the Popeyes side."

"They cook delicious food, fast. Potatoes are moderately salty, not fatty. Hamburgers are harvested evenly, meat and vegetables are fresh. The place is clean, there is a family atmosphere. There are decorative flowers on the tables. The large windows of the establishment are clean."
