"Exceeded expectations for an airport diner or any diner for that matter. I spent the week in NYC chasing a good diner meal while on vacation. I had all but given up and set my expectations low when going to Juniors. To my surprise, the burger was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy without being burnt. My only regret was not making time for their deserts. Thanks Juniors for not just calling it in like so many airport restaurants tend to do."

"Firstly, the customer service was phenomenal. The staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and kind words. I was indecisive but the staff was patient with me and even suggested what to order (which was a huuuge help). Secondly, the food was better than I expected. Initially, I was expecting a burger similar to fast food (solely because the establishment is located in the airport), however, I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The fries were fresh and complimented the burger amazingly. And the cheesecake? Well Juniors is famous for its cheesecake and I the reason for that became to obvious to me after the first bite. After my first bite I could not stop eating the slice until it was finished! I even had to go back for another! Lastly, the atmosphere was exceptional. Clean, orderly, and with one of the best views you’ll ever see, I HIGHLY suggest eating here. 5 out of 5 stars!!! No doubt about it !!!"

"Wow. Terrible. After I was told that La Guardia had above average food I was happy to expect I could eat a decent meal in the terminal. Juniors is by far the worst attempt at breakfast I have seen at an airport. Not made "fresh" as they advertise. The bacon is rubbery and the eggs were made yesterday for sure. The toast (though I'm not sure that's what it is) has the consistency of steamed cardboard that stretched as you bit into it. The staff were tough, didn't remember orders, wouldn't listen to me, forgot my drink, etc. Other food in the terminal is much much better so not sure how this place is still at this airport."
