"My daughter and I ordered from the 2460 Broadway location. We ordered via Grub Hub. My daughter kept expressing to me how the courier was traveling. I advised her to take screenshots of the couriers travels. We ordered 2 Miso Salmon Bowls. Our mouths were watering while we waited. We noticed the driver stopped for a very long time. When the food arrived , the bowl top was off and there were no Salmon in either of the bowls. My daughter contacted Grub Hub and they wanted to only reimburse her $20 of what she actually paid. Sweet Greens gave her a credit. This is unacceptable. We're still hungry and upset! HANGRY!!!!! This was our very first for the very first time. What a disappointment! You can see that the Grub Hub Carrier tampered with our meal or the staff at Sweet Greens Neglected to complete the order!!!!! Thank goodness for modern technology. I have a picture of the driver from my RING! They can keep their lousy credit. We will not eat there ever again and we will let our family and friends know about how poor the service was."

"I usually enjoy my bowls from Sweetgreen even though they are overpriced for the amount of food you get. I really liked my last order that included caramelized garlic steak. But today, I ordered a Super Green Goddess with added chicken, and all I could taste was overly-salted sweet potatoes, and then the rest of the salad tasted like limp kale with a little bit of dressing—it was very bland and unappetizing, not what I expected from Sweetgreen at all. This store may need to work on quality control."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of sweetgreen for years. I took a pause during the maternity as I did not want to impose the risk of listeria, just in case the washing process is not as robust there. Oh boy was I right! Ordered a chicken pesto salad today and had to throw it away, the salad was off - spinach leaves were yellow, broccoli was off and had bad taste, the quinoa was burnt. It was simply dangerous to eat, as it could legit harm you. Whatever is happening to quality control and sanitary inspection - isn’t working. Fix it please, or close the place. People should know about the risks! ."

"First time ordering the Miso Glazed Salmon here, and i have many questions. How was this $20? Is it supposed to be this dry? Why is the salmon overcooked? Did i order this wrong somehow? Didn't Sweetgreen used to be good? Service was fine, it's not their fault i guess"

"Always very small portions… I go to other locations and it’s fine but I’m paying $15 for a salad that isn’t even filled half way. (This was before eating anything!!)"
