"Don’t order Uber Eats from them - no straws for two large drinks, and no sauces that were requested with the order. Even when going in person they’ll throw in one sauce with 2+ meals. Makes me angry every time and won’t be getting my business anymore."

"We were standing on the counter for couple minutes patiently waiting for someone to come and take our order. The store was empty , waited couple min more and I said loud “ good morning, can someone take our order please” they saw us, two employees started talking together “oh , I thought you saw them” “ oh no i was at the office” whatever, couple minutes passed and nobody came to the counter!! we ended up loosing our patience and going somewhere else. Train better your workers."

"Ordered breakfast through the app and since I drive a big truck I can’t go through the drive through, not only was the dining room not open on time, I was told they were short handed despite at least five people running to the window to see why I was making a fuss including the manager, I went and tried to order through the drive through and since they were more concerned with their drive through time than customer service they told me get out or they will call the police. So because I expected to be able to get my food at the time they said I could they had an issue. Terrible customer service and management but I’m sure nothing will come of it because nobody is working those menial jobs but them. You get the quality management that’s expected for that low paying job."

"Always good food here. I am a semi regular breakfast patron and I find the service to be mostly good. They will occasionally forget a detail, but generally are spot on. One thing I find about the breakfast is that the egg sausage and cheese sandwich is quite substantive, and I love the take on the side of potatoes, which is done using seasoned steak fries, rather than the standard hash brown or tater tots. They add a taste to the meal. One big plus on which I give kudos to the management for: the implementation of a "No minor under 18 not accompanied by an adult allowed to sit in the restaurant between 2:30 - 4:00pm. All unaccompanied minors orders are TO GO ONLY". This is in response to numerous incidents of unruly school kids in the past. Thank you management for this rule."
