"I purchased an order for my son to pick up and they refused to give the order and did not refund me my money! Every day I buy him food having over 66,600 points because I buy it like this for him and today they didn’t want to give it to him. I don’t buy McDonald’s for myself because the food is crap but he enjoys it."
"The employees always messed up the order and it didn't taste like usual McDonald's quality fast food. Not one employee did their very easy job correctly. Security was always on their phone. Common courtesy does not exist there.The management doesn't do their job well and often does their employees'jobs. If you want to eat a decent, headache-less fast food meal, don't go there. Skip this McDonald's."
"I'm disabled... physical and vision. This location has 2 floors, but the second floor is off limits, forcing everybody to be in a smaller area. It is difficult to move around when parents don't properly supervise their children, and the kiosks used to order food are dirty and damaged from children playing with them. The seating on the first floor is horrible. Those of us who are disabled have no chance of eating because all the seats are taken non-disabled customers."
