"Renovation to the place makes it look nice. But having 4 kiosk machines & only 1 is working & Ya not taking orders at the register made no sense. This McDonald's was not up to par."

"The food is delicious, but I am not happy with the service. I appreciate that the workplace is meant to be a fun environment, but the employees seem to be goofing off too much instead of working. It would be better if they could prevent homeless individuals from hanging around inside. When I visited, there were two homeless men begging inside, which created an unpleasant smell in the fast food restaurant."

"The workers were kind and very helpful. The greeter was going to help me on the kiosk but I told her that I got it but when I was trying to order my coffee with milk. There was no milk listed as an option on the kiosk. The greeter reassured me that she will tell the workers in the back about adding milk to my coffee. While I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I asked the greeter if there was a bathroom and she told me yes and proceeded to let me into the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless and clean. When I came out I sat down waiting for my food to arrive. One of workers in the back brought my food to me but forgot to bring the milk. I reminded her that the kiosk did not have milk as an option. The worker kindly went to the back and got me hot milk and told me to let her know if I need anything else. There is a lot of people here and it’s 8:56 am on a Wednesday morning. I never got this type of treat in a fast food restaurant let alone McDonalds. Good job!"

"First and foremost, the food is good. Only problem was the time I had to wait and I only ordered two things, a medium fries and a small frappe. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for such a small meal, I don’t care if the local bum ask for some money, I just want my food. But besides the wait, the employees were nice."

"Very nice and beautiful inside of the customers will have more patience than hemisphere will be even better because the employees are doing what he supposed to be doing. It’s just people don’t have patience I was sitting down observing, and I see a lot of kids coming in getting free drinks line that they did they order in the kiosk, homeless people asking for food, security guard on duty,not even coming into work they should give McDonald’s employee certification to do security so they don’t have to pay somebody else to do it"
