"They have great beef shawarmas!"
"The jollof rice is not like Jollof I am used to. It was super spicy and this brown color. Not a fan. Some pieces of chicken were ok while others were rubbery. It was not all white meat chicken as I was told it would be. Good portion though. Overall the food was too spicy to really taste flavors. Cooks didn’t wear gloves which was off-putting. Street clothes and cooking. Seems too unsanitary. It’s like a street vendor vibe. I gave it a chance despite not being a fan of the no gloves and kitchen wears but the taste isn't worth the risk. I feel like I am just waiting for my stomach to start hurting. And there is zero ambiance. Make the seating area appealing and the counter presentable. I don’t understand people who open restaurants and are ok with it being a hole in the wall vibe. Disappointed as I was looking forward to a place to get some good African food but this kind isn’t for me."
"Ordered poisson braise — red snapper on UberEats. It was so good!!!! I know I’ll be a regular."
