"Got the wrong sandwich so the manager said give me that pulled it out of my hand and then slammed it into the garbage can. HORRIBLE PLACE. STAYING AWAY UNTIL SHE IS GONE. The manager today is just scum. Horrible. The other women that were behind the counter were lovely. A pleasure to talk to and great customer service. JUST WENT BACK 10 MINUTES LATER. Because they forgot another meal that was supposed to be in a bag. I ordered four meals they got one wrong and forgot another. As soon as I got there there was a family at the counter who were complaining that they didn't get anything they ordered. I went inside this time and I was shocked to see that there was so many people back there I thought there was only three. But half are not working. And nobody would talk to me until the lady that was at the window taking everybody's order that was running around like crazy and doing probably everybody's job there noticed me and said oh my God I'm so sorry when I talk to her and you could tell that the lady was fed up with her co-workers and if she quits that place is done also the young lady who left around 5: 15 was a great help as well everybody else was terrible check your cameras for today Don't take my word on it"

"Burger King Passaic is one of those hit or miss stores in the chain. At times this store can be most expeditious in their service. However, at other times it can be a case of "Get your antacids and aspirin ready"; it can be a stomach churning headache, and that's BEFORE or WHILE PLACING your order and before you have even had your first bite. I have learned a few tricks to getting my order better done in this store. Primary one is "Keep your order simple". Don't go off wildly on ingredient specific orders. (Yes I realize they're supposed to get your order right, but a place as egregiously understaffed as this store, will leave the food preparation staff overwhelmed and that's where the screwups begin). So keep it short and simple, and above all, come in during light off peak business hours. This will facilitate your enjoyment. One of the employees here (I believe she is a special adult) is an absolute joy. She always serves with a smile, and never fails to bring about a smile. I don't know her name, but I consider her to be top notch in her delegation of her duties. I appreciate her. One more thing about this Burger King which has nothing to do with the performance of the store, can be found in the south east corner of the parking lot facing the Gregory Avenue Bridge, where a commemorative plaque honoring Revolutionary War hero Lord Stirling can be found."

"I can't believe how slow they are and they forget part of your order. Today was a really bad day for them. Once a polish girl showed up things starting moving along. I spoke to the manager about the plants they have these small nats maybe 300 of them inside and like 50 to 100 of them outside. I asked her to remove them from the store they are going to infest the whole store. She just didn't care too the Indian manager.just brushed me off politely. All food was cold and the bread so soggy and I had to ask them to make it over. I was scared since they might spit in it or do something. I was watching them. They are def overwhelmed. God bless them for working hard but they need to work better as well. I was there for a while. No one asked for my order or if I am being helped. When the polish blonde girl came in thats when I got Mobile order. UPDATE: It was removed after 2 weeks. Service continues to be difficult. But their is this new African american lady she seems to really care about everyones order. Very helpful person."

"(07/06 @ 10 PM) There are only 2 workers at this time, a man and a lady. The lady working at this time, Maria, has no manners for speaking to customers and is very disrespectful. This is the second time I've encountered her here and her attitude still hasn't changed. Her customer service lacks a lot of effort and she needs to improve or she just shouldn't be working in an area where she encounters others. I ordered my meal online and when I got to the store to pick it up, they said they never received my order (Attached is my receipt). Once I entered, Maria started yelling at me to leave the store. I was only going in to see if my order was ready. I had protection (mask) and went in because the door was still open. I ordered the "$20 Ultimate Party Bundle" and when I checked the bag I realized that I was missing some food. I attached a picture of my meal. The meal came with 6 sandwiches, I only got 4. This restaurant needs to put more effort into encountering customers and needs to improve their customer service."
