We spoke multiple times, she was patient in explaining and giving me a plethora of options to choose from. On the day of she arrived on time, and brought an amazing assistant that served our party and elevated the energy and experience. They decorated the home and served us food that looked beautiful but most importantly, EVERY DISH TASTED INCREDIBLE!!! "Sometimes you can tell when someone is gonna give you the service you expect. Chef Jaime did just that. I'M talking high level expectation. I recently held a book launch in a harlem art gallery. So I only wanted finger foods. Chef Jaime suggested a charcuterie board and I couldn't be more satisfied with her suggestion.Extremely professional , the food was delightfully delicious and the colors intertwined in the food were amazing. The event was kinda short notice but that didn't affect the outcome not one bit. True definition of TOP TIER CATERING. Needless to say Chef Jaime will be Rebooked in the near future. #Sensational Job"
