"I got the lox, cream cheese, and pepper prepaid bagel it was amazing. Hazelnut coffee was hot, fresh and good. My wife strawberry cream cheese bagel was so flavorfully strawberry. Best bagel place I have been to on my trip here IMO"

"I typically go to this bagel place regularly. Today, as I was eating my sandwich, it fell apart, and as I put it back together, I found a nice addition. It was a bug. I took it back and showed 3 employees, and they claimed not to see a bug. One said, holding it on his finger with wings sticking out. "This is avacado," he asked me if I wanted something else. I just wanted my money back because if they didn't see anything wrong with it and tried to play it off as if nothing was wrong, that is a problem. I am not sure what else they could be feeding others and not care."

"Terrible this morning I waited like 10 mins just for a bagel they were just ignoring and making online orders and all of them at least they could have one person taking order in the front...shame the way they deal and take care...its not worth it...they don't give a Damm when you are the only customer there they look at you like a dumb and turn away doing something else.i wish this spot goes out of business..I walked out without taking breakfast...this place suckkss..."

"NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! My husband ordered from here this morning and ate his food. I was wrapping and didn't get the chance to eat until just now and look at this! It is full of mold and growth with fresh cream cheese! How are you not paying attention to the food you are serving your customers? This is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen, thank goodness I didn't take a bite first. Hopefully my husband's food wasn't this disgusting and he just didn't see it and he won't get sick!"
