"Ordered 2 sandwiches one Veggie and one cheesteak on promotion both sandwiches were very thin with minimal in them. I will be calling customer service as the portions were unacceptable on both . I have ordered them in the past at other locations and they were always larger portions. I feel ripped off!!"

"I’m currently unable to walk because I tore my Achilles, so I’m on a knee scooter. I went into this place and the guy behind the counter said I’m not allowed to have the scooter. I told him I’m not able to walk and showed him my cast and he told me to go outside and he’ll take my order there. I was pretty shocked because I thought a national franchise would be ADA compliant but I guess not. Guy was pretty rude about it too. Told me to wait outside by the door (it was pretty cold out). Safe to say I won’t be coming back to place. Edit: I got a reply back from the subway. The employee claims that he said I could come in with the scooter and he’d make my sandwich which is a complete lie and the management team seems not to care at all. At first I was just gonna complain and put up the review but now since we’re just going to lie to my face Im feeling I should raise a stink about this."
