"In addition to previously posted shortcomings, I found a gfci outlet that doesn't work. I am not surprised after seeing some of the horrible work done by this person who calls himself an electrician. Of course, Dan Ryan "Builders" is ultimately responsible for failure to hire a qualified contractor. Hire your own inspectors to follow every aspect of any DRB process. Make a minimal down payment, get everything in writing and DO NOT CLOSE until EVERYTHING has been completed to established standards. Learn from my mistakes."
