"Took two pairs of $500 leather shoes to have them resoled and heels replaced. Picked them up and all seemed well. About a month into wearing them - I’m now noticing that the original soles were never removed - a new sole was just glued on top. No nail. Just glue. No surprise, the sole is coming off just a month into the repair. Very disappointing and cheap way to repair shoes. Horrible craftsmanship. If you care about shoes you’ve invested in - please find another place to go to. This guy doesn’t care about his quality of work. Money and shoes down the drain. Lesson learned."

"Crazy rude!! I called this morning to ask if he’d be able to dye the fabric on my shoes, and if I can drop them off at 12. He agreed to both, but wasn’t in the shop when I came at 12. I called again at 12:15, and he told me to come back at 2. I came back at 2, waited for 10 minutes, and then he pulled into the parking lot. He lectured me about coming in when he’s not in the shop (and had the audacity to point to the closed sign like I was in the wrong). The icing on the cake was that he couldn’t dye my shoes when I showed him. If you want your time wasted - I’d suggest coming here."

CHARGED Me 5 bucks didn't even take out the laces and the dirt in the sole was still there... never again... If they didn't know how to clean them don't accept them... The pics are literally AFTER I picked them up..."
