"Very unprofessional, agreed on a completion date and kept changing it, then told me everyone knows his turn around time is 2 weeks how is a consumer to know your normal turn around time is 2 weeks when pick up day was discussed as only being a week from date of drop off and nothing was said then, needs work on communication. Also asked me why I was giving him a hard time when I couldn’t complete the gift for someone because he kept changing date of completion and I don’t do business this way."
