"I sent pictures of the shoes. Nothing from them. If you want an affordable "set" that may or may not be shipped complete, you may want to rethink. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and try to find a local shop. Unfortunately my review is the same as the rest. This company quickly takes your money, then feel they have a right to just ignore you and carry on just as they please. PLEASE HEAD THE WARNING!"

"Lack of response & lack of timeliness, but good quality. We ordered over $350 worth of product and it took two voicemails, and repeated emails and online chats before we received a response. Also, the delivery time was almost twice as long as the quoted creation/shipment time listed online at the time of purchase. However, we did receive our product with a few days to spare, and the material is very good quality and fits well."

"This company is a joke. Every bad review is the same impossible to get in touch with and then when you finally do get a response its to late to fix. My wife ordered hundreds of dollars of products ranging from Kilts, socks, sporans, belts, flashes, shirts and sashes. My youngest son's kilt was sent in the regular Campbell patern and everything else was the aciant Campbell patern. We never received the socks and one of the shirts was the wrong size. They claimed my wife never reached out but thats false she tried contacting them as soon as we realized it and no response. She finally emailed every email she could find online and then got a response. They basically accused her of lying and said it was to late. This was for our daughter's wedding and was in all of our pictures and so my sons kilt didn't match the socks she found didn't quite match the shirts plus she had to have the shirt altered to fit my son. Horrible customer service and we will never order from them again."

"I bought a kilt set, and the product was fair quality, not amazing, but very exceptional for the price. Unfortunately, my set was shipped without the hose socks and I have put in 3 emails with a single response over a month ago, saying the socks would be sent out. Still no socks and no more replies to my emails. Add another 13-20 dollars onto the cost of this set now. If you want an affordable "set" that may or may not be shipped complete, you may want to take the gamble. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and maybe try to find a local shop."

"I purchased a set of bagpipes as a birthday gift and like any person I purchased them a weeks before the birthday to be sure they would arrive in time. I was then informed that the person had already received them as a gift so I emailed customer service asking about a return, 9 days went by and no response so I called and the CSR was extremely rude and not helpful. I will never recommend this company/website ..... The worst!!!!"
