"As a pastor and mother of the groom, I gave my order for a robe since 7/25/22. The wedding day is 11/20/22 in Florida. After not hearing anything for all these months, I called in October to check on the status of my order and was given a date to pick up the robe only to find out after I traveled to get to Elizabeth a week before the wedding that it was not ready. The skirt was a mess and I was greeted with excuses that blamed her employees and no apologies Needless to say I do not recommend this company to anyone. Designing robes for the clergy should be done with integrity and love. I wonder if they believe in karma!"

"When we received the dress in the mail my daughter had COVID. Everyone was sick and we didn't get a chance to pay any attention to the dress until we all felt better. We missed the return window and the seller was NOT understanding when I reached out. I didn't ask for my money back I just needed an exchange since the dress did not fit according to the measurements posted. I just feel like things are not running smoothly right now because of the pandemic and people need to be a bit more understanding. I was disappointed by their decision."
