"That's OD has an amazing selection of sneakers but most importantly they have an incredible staff that makes you feel warm and welcome from the moment you walk in. Buying sneakers can sometimes be intimidating but i've now been back to that's OD two times and each time I am impressed with how nice and accommodating everyone is (shout out to Elvin and Jason along with Josh!) if you don't see something you love- Josh will try and get it for you and let you know. Flexible on exchanges (as long as you haven't worn them of course) AND you can try on as many pairs as you like without ever feeling rushed or judged! The hospitality and care that's OD embodies is second to none. I love sneakers- but I wouldn't call myself a "sneakerhead" and in the past I have had such negative experiences at intimidating trendy sneakerhead spots where it feels like you can't try anything on and the people who work there are annoyed that they have to help you. That is the exact opposite of the inclusivity, hospitality and patience at That's OD. I'm so happy I found Josh and his team at Thats OD because I can say with confidence they will be my go to sneaker spot from here on out. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS NEW GEM!"

"Our recent trip to NYC from Canada had us checking out all areas of the city when we happened upon That's OD NYC. The shop had only been opened for 2 weeks when we were there.
