"I love your shirts. But I have always been acclimated that my size is 17 1/2 34/35. Your sleeve size is just 1 number. In other words, it would be 17 1/2 34 . You should tell your customers that when sizing that way, pick the "shorter" number. French cuffs must be accurate length. If its too long, you look like a clown, and its irritating always adjusting a too long sleeve. But if all you have ever ordered your shirts with the sleeves in two number form, your not going to know which to choose. Communication is essential in providing customer service"

"Ordered two shirts and a tie. Tie came quickly however there was a delay with the shirts because one of them was no longer in stock. Received an email informing of the problem and was told to find a replacement shirt. The longest part of the whole ordeal was picking a different shirt because of the great selection. I received the shirts shortly afterwards. I have worn one already. I will continue to wear this brand as I have for the past 20 years. This was just my first time shopping online."
