"I bought a beautiful dress because I was visiting Newyork and wanted to be very fashionable! But the dress’ zipper got broke. When I was in the streets 4 hours after I wear the dress for first time! I went to tell in the store what happened and San the Manager very rude answered me that they were going to come come back the money. Today one day after that’s I went to Zara in Fifth Avenue I haven’t received my money ey back It is ridiculous that this big brand that I love have very horrible people working there that when this kind of situation happens doesn’t know how to manage it! And the quality of the materials, is so sad that are bad quality!"

"Entered this Zara today 7/10/24 Went up to male dark security guard and he immediately told me to be quiet he’s on the phone. Disgusting behavior needed help on picking up went to the pick up area no one there but a lady fixing clothing not once asked me for help had to wait 10 minutes for someone to scan and give me items. Never experienced this as I work in a corporate setting as well. first and last location visit"

"Extremely hot. It was intense and very uncomfortable to shop or try on clothes. Store is unorganized and staff was helpful. I got a lovely jean jacket and a leopard print tee. Would have prob purchased more if the store was more comfortable including places for my son to sit"
