"I witnessed an instance of bullying in the store on Saturday 6/29 between employees and I was just turned off and will never shop there again. A light-skinned african-american (or hispanic, glasses, pinkish hair) employee just started berating the employee (white, glasses, wearing white summer dress). The white salesperson helping me made the most innocuous remark and the hispanic girl started on her: "When you got kids you do things this way; I got three kids; I know what im talking about; you don't got kids; the kids are important; they are future; make 'dem smile; ya know?) eye-roll). The white girl just stood there in front of me, embarrassed, and listened to this diatribe. All she was trying to do was help me find the red and white, two sided bathing suit, in size 2. Management really need to stop this type of bullying. I don't come to your store to feel uncomfortable and certainly not for woke bullying of white employees."

"I placed an order for pick up in store on their website. They cancelled the order with no explanation. Not surprising that JCrew is always teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. I also went in to try to shop in person and not a single person spoke to me while I was there. Don’t waste your time - shop anywhere else."

"Brett was super nice helping me to find the right size for my dad’s mineral blue puffer vest. However, since this location was out of XXL, he offered to overnight ship it knowing that it was a Christmas gift. But unfortunately he didn’t mention that the overnight shipping doesn’t apply to the Christmas weekend, and I would not receive the item by the holiday. I am super disappointed because I wouldn’t have had an item shipped if he had been transparent about the delivery timeframe. In the future, please ensure that everyone on the sales floor is up to speed on the holiday shipping schedule so that clients aren’t let down."
