"The worst H&M stores of all NJ, I can’t take this place seriously. They close all their entrances except one an hour and half before they close to make it look as if they’re closed. They close their dressing rooms an hour before and just tell you come back tomorrow as if their clients have time to waste. Literally no other store in that mall behaves this way. This is what happens when you let teens manage this store. Never spending a dollar here again."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was just in H&M Harlem and it was a serious mess. The cashier posing as manager and the manager so rude acted as if they were working on Rikers Island in a womens prison holding my merchandise I had purchased and had receipts for hostage. I could not believe their behavior. I went in to return shirts I bought for my son that he never wore. I returned one that I bought for myself that I never wore but the other two they tried to keep the shirts and my receipts and call security on me to have me arrested. They literally took the merchandise and my receipts and held them behind the counter. This is appauling behavior and the people should be fired on the spot."

"The children selection and men selection is very small. Not many options to choose from in the boy's section especially as the woman section which is pretty big it actually on the first floor while the children and the men share the second floor. It's was well organized and clean. Great customers service."

"It's a nice clothing store, with good variety, especially for women. They got also men and children clothes, handbags, shoes and others. This location doesn't have home goods, compared to bigger H&M stores. Also, they tend to have clothes in smaller sizes. It's hard to find size 10 and 12 in women clothing, and large and xl for undergarments. While the fitting rooms are nice, with two mirrors, if you are not very slim, you will probably find yourself looking extra chubby."
