"Something seriously wrong here. For small, simple repairs and modifications, these guys are fine. But my former orthotist (who is also incompetent for accepting what these guys made) sent shoes I had bought out to them to be modified into rocker-bottom soles, like for metatarsal issues. Look at the pictures. This is what they did to the shoes. They added a ton of material to ONLY the ball of the foot, so that standing straight your feet would POINT UP. Like high heels, but in reverse. What the heck? Have... have these people ever seen human feet? Have they ever seen people walking around? These people are NOT certified pedorthists and should not be taking such work."
