"Delivery driver blocked in over 20 cars in the parking lot. When asked if he could move he said in a few more minutes. I explained that I had already been waiting as well as other drivers to leave the parking lot for at least 10 minutes and that blocking the exit is not just inconvenient but dangerous. He responded that I can wait 15 minutes now and walked away. When he finally got back to his truck he sat in it for another 5 minutes until he moved. I spoke with someone in the company and they said that the supervisor would be informed. I hope that something is done about this as the drivers actions were wrong and his attitude was even worse. I understand that he had a job to do but there are other places that the truck could have been parked in close proximity and not have blocked the back half of the whole parking lot off."
