"Do not deal with this company! I ordered a size large for my husband and when the pants arrived, the trouser portion was much too wide. My husband tried on these pants just once. I returned them immediately asking for a size smaller. ( paying all postage) after a week with no response, I called and was told the pants were all spotted and dirty and that all these pants had wide legs. Also I was told that my request would be fulfilled for $20.00 additional dollars. This is outrageous and outright thievery and these people should not be allowed to be in business!"

"I rarely write reviews, but would be remiss to not share my terrible experience working with this company. As a parent of a child with special needs, I have NEVER encountered a company with owners so rude or careless; their disregard of the safety of their customers is appalling. I ordered several pairs of zip-up shorts from this company, following a hip surgery for my child. They arrived unwearable (the zippers were standard zippers that locked at the bottom, as opposed to fully removable zippers—as described on the order). They begrudgingly sent replacement shorts that had metal coming out of the sides (see attached pictures). If I were to put these on my child, they would have seriously injured their incision site from surgery - setting them back weeks in the recovery process. Instead of refunding the order or owning their mistake, they continue to give me the run around. They won’t respond to emails, a BBB complaint, etc. In digging deeper, this trend goes back nearly a decade. They go out of their way to hide negative reviews and often REFUSE to refund, regardless of the situation or extreme neglect on their part. BUYER BEWARE - both because of their scheme to rip off their customers, but more importantly, because of their disregard to attention to detail and the overall safety of their customers."
