"The food was ok. It would have been better if it was all cooked in the venue’s kitchen instead of off site and transported to the venue.The yeast rolls were over proofed and looked like sandwich rolls that weren’t sliced. The yeast rolls were supposed to be dinner rolls and no butter was provided. The two store bought bottled salad dressing were not made from scratch as promised.I was charged for paper plates and wrapped cutlery with no knives because the caterer claimed all his food to be fork tender. However, when guests attempted to use their fork to cut the chicken and roast beef their cheap, flimsy plastic forks broke.The cheap and flimsy plastic serving utensils also broken as guests served themselves food from the buffet. I was billed for drop off catering when it was supposed to be a full service on site job and have yet to see my $100 deposit returned. I was charged sales tax in a flat amount of $100. I have no idea at how this figure was arrived. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this caterer."
