"95 Nutrition’s meals are not healthy. Most of this products is made from sodium riddled products. The meals go in and out of the freezer multiple times. They are not accurately portioned or measured. Some of these products have been in and out of freezers for months on end. The owner blatantly lies about what truly goes on behind the scenes with fake portrayals and promotion on social media. She also talks poorly about customers behind the scenes. Do not recommend coming here for your health and wellness"
