The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering us complimentary chicken tenders, which were absolutely delicious—some of the best I've ever had. What made it even more special was the warm and personal touch the owner added to our visit.As we are Asian tourists navigating a foreign land, we have faced various challenges. The owner's patience and thoughtful assistance, including knowing that we needed to catch a bus and preparing quicker-to-make food, made a significant difference. "There is mold on several pieces of the bacon in the loaded fries from this restaurant. I didn’t see the mold and ate some of the wings, I am so sick to my stomach. The owner should be charged!! In response to the owner: the person who ordered for me filed an official report. And that’s why your restaurant was temporarily unavailable on doordash. Very compassionate, thanks also if you zoom in, it is not a blackened French fry, and you can see the line of fat that is, in fact, rotten meat. In 2 different spots in this picture."

"Their logs are homemade and double size of a regular one. The pizza, steak and cheeseburger logs are great."

"This was my first time ever visiting Niagara Falls. My husband did a Google search for good food in the area and Main Street Grill showed up in the results with an excellent rating. We decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did! The food was better than good! It was excellent! I ordered the large steak Philly. It was more than I could handle! Half of that would have been enough for me. I like that they are fairly priced, the portions are big, quality of the food is great. One thing I must mention though, this is NOT a fast food kind of place! The food is very good but it does take time to prepare. They make everything fresh to order, and like most good restaurants, they are busy! If you need something quick, this may not be your place. If you can spare an extra few minutes it's worth the wait. I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed!"
