"Had a great experience at Chaybans! I purchased my dress 3 months prior to my wedding and I needed the sides to be taken out, the bow clip on the back fixed, bustled and the bottom hemmed. They were fast and did a great job! Don’t forget to bring your shoes and shapewear!"

"They were rude to start and hard to talk to. I asked a simple question (an opinion) because I'm not the expert on alterations and they were not super receptive to me. I had to go back because a strap was sewn on twisted. They did fix it that day and I didn't have to wait long, but I will not be going back for any type of alteration. Luckily mine was a simple task. Would not recommend mostly because they spoke to me in a rude tone and gave me attitude for no apparent reason."

"I had my wedding dress altered here. Although I personally had an overall good experience with Jasmine herself, I was very disappointed with how my dress turned out. It’s never a good thing when guests at your wedding comment on how poorly the dress was altered! I needed it to be lined at the top, and the lining wasn’t properly sewn even after I specifically requested it to be attached at the arm holes so it wouldn’t slide, but most of my wedding pictures now show crooked and uneven lining. I was also told the dress would be bustled more discreetly but it was done completely differently, that I feel made it look worse. I had to ask numerous times for simple corrections. Lastly, I picked the dress up 1 month late (2 days before my wedding) due to delays in starting alterations which ended up making the whole process rushed and messy for me. The last thing I wanted to worry about the week of my bridal shower and wedding was if my dress was done, or done properly. For $1000, I expected better but I know other brides unfortunately had a worse experience!"

"I’m a leg amputee who needed my pants altered for the colder weather. Took 7 pairs of pants in on a Wednesday and they were done by Saturday. So fast and nice. Will definitely be using them again and again. Bonus when I went to pick them up they were pressed and look great."

"I had was recommended Chayban’s by the boutique I got my dress from and I got the pleasure of working with Jasmin. Jasmin is a God sent, I had a mess up with timing for when my dress would be done and she took care of everything for me. She got it done early and allowed me to come a little after hours to pick it up. Everytime I would go in for a fitting, another one of her customers would be there and would assure me that I went to the best! She is the sweetest lady with the most wonderful family, I highly recommend her! (Photos are a little before and after Jasmin worked her magic)"
