"THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. IF YOU ARE A NOTARY PUBLIC DO NOT TAKE ANY SIGNINGS FROM THEM. THEY REFUSE TO PAY. IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS AND STILL NO PAYMENT. THEY DON'T ANSWER YOURS IF THEY DO, THEY TRANSFER YOU TO THE SO CALLED ACCOUNTING DEPT AND NO ONE NEVER ANSWERS. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! ****UPDATE**** I was able to get my payment. However, it wasn't easy. I reached out directly to the Title company by email and CC'd everyone from Notarize247. I told the Title company that I never received a payment and asked them if it was because they didn't pay the agency because it's been three months. They said they sent the payment the following week. The title company emailed Notarize247 on my behalf and I received a payment electronically the SAME DAY."

"I am with DMG Notaries and like others here and on other review sites I have done work for this company and they are refusing to pay. I did a closing for Notarize 24/7 and after I reached out to clarify their payment terms, I was given an initial response that they were going through a transition period and were behind on payments. I waited 30 more days and sent a follow-up email to see if I needed to invoice them or if there was anything I might be able to do to help expedite things. My email was immediately returned undeliverable. They are now blocking all of my emails. I have since gone on to a notary forum and MANY other notaries are reporting the same story about the "transition in their accounting department" and that after emailing them regarding payment they are now blocking their emails as well. Do not work with this company!!!!"

"I did a signing for this company in October 2022. I knew their net pay was 45 days, I accepted that. I expected pay late December. I contacted them at about the 46th business day and they said they were revamping their accounting department and to wait and additional 10 days. Here we are at the end of January and still no payment. I wish I saw these non payment stories before I took the assignment. They should be out of business. My next step is to the BBB."
