"Stick to the burgers and fries… anything Italian was a disappointment. Our pasta was undercooked and bland. It also barely came with any sauce. Couldn’t even finish half of the meal. The margarita pizza was cardboard crust and bland. All of this was on top of a 20% gratuity fee that was added to our bill. The fries were excellent though."

"First visit to the Factory by Beer Tree. Love what they did to this part of the mall that used to be a Sears. The patio is huge and is great to enjoy on a nice day. My husband and I aren’t a huge beer fans so we had Blackberry and Lime cider from Awestruck and the Kentucky Buck cocktail. Both delicious. Chicken wings were big but could have been crispier. The IPA honey glaze was a little flavorless. No complaints about our entrees though. The chicken pesto pizza and the salmon salad."

"My son picked this spot after his graduation from college. Great place! Industrial style and clean updated look. Server Mikayla was on point, gave me samples when I couldn’t make a beer choice, and was on top of everything. Food did not disappoint, wings were crispy, pretzel bites exceptional. Burger was worth it, fries too. We had leftovers to take home. Great overall experience."

"We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed our meals! The burgers are very good, and the loaded fries are the best I've ever had. We also had a sangria slushy that we really enjoyed as well. The ordering process is a little strange since you can't combine drinks with your food purchase, but we would absolutely come back!"

"Everything was good. Pizza was great. Mac and Cheese appetizer was very bland, no one at our table liked it. I know it's the Beer Tree, but I'm not a fan of beer. I thought they would still have a nice variety of other cocktails, when i asked my waitress if I could have a certain drink made for me she said sorry they don't have a full bar. They have a choice of 5 or 6 drinks on the menu. I just picked the first one to try it."
