"The pharmacists that work in the Kinneys Drugs located in Cazenovia, New York are EXTREMELY rude and unkind. I went in to purchase something and needed to ask a question, at the time I had my mom on the phone because it was about something I was insecure about and unsure of, instead of letting me know they weren’t allowed to help me until I got off the phone and treating me with kindness and compassion, the pharmacists ignored me until I said something and then proceeded to be extremely rude, rude enough to make me cry. I will never ever shop there again and I advise everyone to go 2 minutes down the road to Walgreens instead."

"Employees are great but unless you are getting the most common prescription you will have to wait till the next day. If you live in Caz make sure to stop at bigger pharmacy on your way home or you will be SOL"

"We lived in Cazenovia, but just recently moved out of the area. We used this pharmacy and store often, and just loved it. Wonderful employees and customer service. It's pretty small, so they became very familiar with our family, as we were always coming in for something or another! Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs were always willing to go the extra mile to help solve issues with insurance and communication with our Doctor's office. Just an excellent team of people, we were sorry to have to leave."
