"I will NEVER go to this store again!! The black manager was screaming at the employees, last time I was there she was screaming at them about mops...screaming, not kind not manager material. Today was just all over all of them. Ughhhh their turnover of employees must be huge! What a horrible experience twice now."

"Just came through the drive through. Ordered 4 apple and 2 frosted. When I get to window they say only have 2 apple and ask to replace with frosted. I say sure but I can’t use my 4 free doughnut coupons that I’ve earned by spending money at their location. Instead of taking the time to put the doughnuts in singular - she fought with me at the window and I left with no doughnuts. Very disrespectful manager and employee. I’ll stick with Appalachian - the staff there is amazing."

"This dunkin is probably one of the busiest in town and they have always been on it. Even if they are a little behind, they are courteous and apologizing for any wait."

"My two coffees were made terrible wrong, no ice whatsoever, i asked for more oatmilk at the window bc they were given to me completely black, and barely got any added. They taste like garbage. Service wasnt kind as well. Not coming back."

"Always have a great time here. The employees are usually very sweet. But yesterday morning, Kylie working the counter was very rude. Even though I was next in line, she served her friend first and proceeded to have a 3 minute conversation with her while I was standing right there waiting to place an order while we were trying to head to work. I get wanting to be able to have a quick conversation with someone you know at work but it was a ridiculously long time."
