"To be honest they don't even deserve a star, they had my phone for 2 weeks!! and did absolutely nothing. I kept calling everyday and they kept changing the excuse, they took $20 for absolutely doing no work at all. They said they would call me 2-3 days after to give me a diagnostic and its been 2 weeks and they never called, I picked up my phone today because I was done waiting for them, and they couldn't even find my phone, and I know many people who they have done the same thing to them. Don't waste your time here, go to Eastport they give it to you for cheaper, you don't need to pay ahead, and they get your phone back to you either that same day or the next day."

"Very UNPROFESSIONAL establishment!!!! It is run VERY INEFFICENTLY!! They completely destroyed my phone!!! My phone was in good working condition and only needed the SCREEN replaced!! When they returned my phone it was completely inoperable!! Not only did their employee fly into a rampage when confronted, they also made up this convoluted story and completely LIED. I am utterly disgusted and shocked that they are still in business. They broke it, they are aware that they broke it, and have to live with the fact that they are running a very disgraceful small business. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REPAIR, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!! They definitely do not belong running any business, let alone a tech business, given their obvious lack of professionalism!!!!"

"One month after having my screen replacement there was a pink straight line which magically appeared in the center of the screen which continues to spread. The phone has not fallen, the screen is not broken and I've spent 300+usd to repair the previous broken screen and now this. I am no where near their location, I'm in the Caribbean. I've taken it to a phone repair store and was asked if i had repaired the screen and was told that the reinstalling of the new screen had defects that's why this pink line is there. I hope that mundotech will do their job effectively."

"Had very bad experience there, i went there to change my battery on my iphone 5s, after they changed my battery, right top corner of the screen was lose, moving cause probably they didnt open my iphone carefully enough and corner holder just broke. I came there with my phone and explained what happen, all they said is that they are not gonna take any responsibility for what happen and they suggested me to glue in my screen instead of trying to fix it or at least suggest my money back for battery replacement, its just ridiculous. Be careful before you bring your phone ! Make sure you know how your phone works before you give them ! Looks like some of the workers there are not proffesionals."
