"They are thieves. Whatever you do, do not order anything from EGI Electronics They have stolen $1398 from me. I ordered a Pioneer Flx-10 from them back in July 2023. They claimed they had it in stock. It was never shipped. They kept giving me the runaround regarding delivery. I requested a refund and they kept giving me the runaround regarding the refund. I took up the issue with my credit card company and EGI is representing to them that they shipped the product. They have never provided the product, shipping information, nor proof of delivery. Yet they they told the bank they delivered the product. I have numerous emails, texts, and calls documenting this. I will provide screen shots so you can see. Especially the one from their accounting department David Steiner saying that the case was closed. They are thieves. Do not do any business with them. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP"

"I've purchased a wireless mic on July 14th (3 months ago) and EGI never shipped it to me. They have been unprofessional in the communication and they now stopped answering my emails. They said that the company has been sold and that they'll come back to me but honestly this really look like a Scam! don't buy from this company, I'm so surprised on how they dealt with my order, unbelievable."

I never received items from the second order, and EGI has been avoiding my phone calls and emails, then had the audacity to challenge my transaction dispute with my bank. It's likely that the recent 5 reviews from Dynamic Audio, Blue Willow, Anndale Products and others are fake accounts. DO NOT do business with these people."
