He not only fixed the screens, he also went above and beyond to help us with a few other things that we needed. Everything was done quickly, and communicated clearly. "Great work, Fair prices. The first thing that impressed me was how nice and neat the shop was. Most of the other places I got prices from were a mess, on top of that they were quoting me ridiculous prices, some of them super high, others super low to where it made no sense and made me question if they even knew what they were doing. Rich was great, he gave me pricing up front and there were no surprises when I went to pick up my stuff. He fixed 2 laptops for me.
