"This company does not take responsibility when they make mistakes. I was billed to remove a service and when I called to tell them I was upset and they did not do it the son Jimmy was irate. I told him to calm down and he hung up on me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The dad owns the business and is very rude, the son is lost in his shadow and bitter. Very toxic, terrible customer service and overpriced."
