"There is a reason that I have been using them for 45+ years. My 16 year old Home Theatre Receiver died. They installed the Anthem MRX 1140 which made a stunning difference (even my wife said the voices a more realistic). The installer ( make that every installer that has visited) is amazing. Very professional. They made sure I understood how to utilize all the options I needed to know. During the installation a remote unit was found to be faulty (nothing to do with the receiver), the owner's son drove to Great Neck to deliver a replacement unit so they could finish the install today. In all my years they have never oversold me. In fact there have been times when James (one of the owners, the other being Roy) have told me not to by certain items because the were not right for my system. This place is a class act."

"I have been a regular customer of Audio Den for 20 years. You might say they're the ones who got me into the audio racket in the first place. (To underscore how long ago that was, let me just say that I have been shopping there since Roy last had dark hair.) I have always enjoyed a good relationship with their salespeople; these days, Bob and Malcolm regularly prove that Audio Den is the best place to buy audio equipment for miles around. I am struck in particular by their honesty. They had the opportunity to sell me speakers that cost much more than the ones they were recommending, but instead passed up earning a higher profit. Advice is always spot-on, and their knowledge of the audio industry in general is at a high level. I don't usually write reviews for companies with which I do business, but I'm happy to extol the virtues of this very fine establishment. Audio has become a rarefied field. Let's hope that Audio Den is around for another 40 something years... or more!"

"I wasn't an Audio Den customer, but I can speak highly of the staff there. I got a flat on my way home and by chance pulled off onto the street next to Audio Den. I can change a tire on a new car pretty easily, but my old truck required an extra hand. While I was fighting (and cursing) with each step, two employees came out and offered me some much needed help. They got their hands just as dirty as mine and even gave me some air so that I could get to the nearest shop. If they treated a stranger so well, imagine how they will treat a customer."
