"I was there on June 27. The assistant, Karina, who was helping us, was extremely rude the entire visit. I came to upgrade my phone and add a line. I asked if I could get a Samsung S 24, and she rudely told me I would have to set it up on my own if I ordered it since they did not have it. When I asked if I could bring it in store, she was extremely sarcastic as well. She needs a better attitude when helping customers. I have never seen such rude service, and I have been a customer for a few years."
