"I had CWC install a home security system about a year ago and it is terrible quality. I used Mike and his team based on all the positive reviews, but clearly they are not all real. The installation was clean, but the functionality of the system is terrible. Remote playback on the app rarely works and you can only view live feed which is useless when an incident happens. Logging in on a desktop is slow and choppy (if you can even log in) and exporting of video is tedious and limited to 10 minute increments. The hard drive is limited to 5 days of footage before being overwritten which is problematic as well. Numerous times I've needed to go back more than 5 days and been unable to do so. I reached out about upgrading the hard drive twice and they said they would get back to me and never did. In the end, I spent several thousand dollars on a useless system. Your better off buying from Costco or Amazon, cause the equipment CWC provides is junk."
